Gym/spa area was out of action for renovation, when we arrived, with no prior notice. Apart from that, everything was fine. It was our anniversary and they upgraded our room, which was excellent.
Top Tip
Brasserie Lipp is a lovely restaurant. Not cheap (Is anything in Geneva?) but great food and service.

Reception staff especially helpful - nothing was a problem to them.
Top Tip
If you like Mexican food then you must try Manana, just a couple of blocks up from Hotel on right. Great food, great atmosphere and great staff. Bristol Hotel concierge will reserve table (advisable).

Hotel reception handed us cards for free travel on bus,tram and train.
A short walk from/to the train station to the Hotel
My husband called it a'CLASSY'weekend

The leisure facilities were unavailable during our stay. It would have been helpful to know this prior to booking as one of the reasons we chose the Bristol Hotel was the availability of this facility.

Its price tag was more to do with the location than the facilities and level of service. Gym area needs to totally redecorated, rooms also.
Top Tip
We made a complaint as we were charged for 'breakfast' even though it was clearly part of our package. Apparently, 'only continental breakfast' is included in our package, and hence, the second we ate sausages and eggs (all on the same table as continental), we were given a bill. That's not a good way to handle these bookings.
