The Best Western Diplomate Hotel is housed in an 8-storey terraced building with an attractive yellow and cream brick façade. The opulently appointed lobby has marble fittings and a dark wooden reception desk with small seating areas on either side. Each of the 46 guest rooms is individually decorated in a modern style with bold colours. The en suite bathrooms are small, but in good condition. A buffet breakfast is available in the Churchill Bar and Tea Room, which also serves Italian cuisine for lunch and dinner.
