Poor breakfast.
Poor quality for the price.
Top Tip
There seem to be many other hotels nearer the main train station which are more convenient.

Location is good, just a short tram ride or walk from Cornavin railway station. Hotel is in a pleasant area, though not a particularly interesting area. I doubt this would matter to many.
Free shuttle to airport or station.
Rooms fine. Unremarkable but very clean and comfortable. Road is moderately noisy but no worse than other hotels of this type.
No free wi-fi. You have to pay through Swisscom.
Desk staff pleasant and helpful.
Breakfast a minor weak point. To have more than croissant and coffee you have to pay extra ten francs, though their system of collecting that extra money means you may get free breakfasts like we did.
Overall, no complaints, but don't expect character or great breakfast.
Top Tip
Poterie tram stop is the nearest and just one street away. Moillesulaz trams take you to the station and old town directly. Avanchet trams bring you back.
Good Italian restaurant nearby called Grotte.

A nice hotel and an enjoyable stay. Quite thin walls though and some things in the room did't work (bathroom extractor fan and the air con). The rail for the shower curtain was also very low.

I had a room on the road side and it was quite noisy. In future I would request a room on the other side.
It is about a 10 minute walk from the railway station, or the bus no 8 takes you there. It is also not far from the town centre with its many attractions.

Hotel was exactly as described. Clean & comfortable.
Although the hotel is not in the town centre it is within easy walk of the station & town centre.
